Smoothie bowls are the prettiest way to get the healthy ingredients of green smoothies and the more garnished the better. This smoothie bowl is loaded with antioxidants to boost your immune system during cold and flu season. Beets, oranges, and pineapple are full of vitamin C and a healthy oil like flaxseed contains omega 3 and 6 fatty acids. Ginger is a powerful anti-inflammatory.


  • 1⁄2 cup green cabbage
  • 1 peeled orange
  • 1⁄2 cup pineapple
  • 1⁄4 cup medium sized beet
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1⁄2 cup coconut milk (or other non dairy milk such as rice, hemp, or almond)
  • 1 tablespoon omega 3 oil
  • For garnish: cashew nuts, grated ginger, coconut flakes, goji berries, and orange slices


  • Add cabbage, orange, pineapple and beet to blender
  • Then add lemon juice, and omega 3 oil
  • Cleanblend
