Ingredients:

  • 1 cup fresh spinach
  • 1⁄2 raw beet
  • 1⁄2 cup kale
  • 1 tablespoon shaved ginger
  • 1 bunch parsley
  • 1⁄2 apple
  • 1⁄2 cup coconut water
  • fresh squeezed lemon

Directions

  • Put ingredients into blender
  • Add fresh squeeze lemon last
